You can check your Dubai visa status online through the ICP Smart Services website. To do this, you will need your passport number, passport expiry date, and nationality.

- Go to the ICP Smart Services website.
- Select “Passport Information” and choose “Visa” as the type.
- Enter your passport number, passport expiry date, and nationality.
- Complete the human verification prompt.
- Click on the “Search” button.

2. By phone
You can also check your Dubai visa status by calling the ICP customer service center at +97124955555.
When you call, you will need to provide your passport number and nationality. The customer service representative will be able to tell you your visa status.
